Participation in the Ludo King show is strictly for people of 18 years of age and higher. By applying for the entry to the Ludo King show you agree that you participate for purely entertainment purposes and will be solely responsible for any personal damage incurred by participating. You understand that you shall not disclose any personal information during the live talks which would compromise your privacy and security on any of the digital platforms or even offline. Gametion is not responsible if you accidentally disclose your personal information on the live show. Gametion will not be liable for reparation of any damage brought to you by your intentional/accidental sharing of any information during the live show.
We require you to send you your introduction video that might disclose your identity and city of residence, profession, hobbies, likes and dislikes. But note that the information we ask for this purpose does not compromise your privacy and security.
You agree that the speech/comments/remarks/humor etc of the anchor of the show are their own and Gametion is not accountable for any perceived or apparent objectionable interaction, behavior or speech from the anchor’s side. You understand that the anchor plays the role of an entertaining commentator and does not intend to mock or ridicule the participants. The anchor may ask you questions related to your game playing preferences, likes and dislikes but not personal information.
By applying for the entry you also agree that you are solely responsible for your behavior and that any accidental/intentional use of obscene/objectionable language or gestures towards any of the other participants may lead to offence and can be met with legal consequences.
You also agree that Gametion will not be responsible for any kind of contact/bothering/privacy breach/harassment on any social/digital platform from any of the participating players outside the show. Gametion is not accountable for any form of damage incurred upon you by such incidences. You agree that you participate by accessing the risks and you take care of your privacy. We discourage you from sharing/disclosing your personal information to anyone on the show or on any other social media platform after the show is over. Gametion will not be accountable for any damages brought by the active/intentional/accidental sharing of personal information like email/phone number/mobile number/social media profile links on the show or before or after the show is over.
You agree that the prizes are given based on winning positions. The first winner prize is of Rs. 10,000 Amazon gift voucher, the second winner prize is of Rs. 5000 Amazon gift voucher, andthe third winner prize is of 2500 Amazon gift voucher. The 4th person does not receive any prize. Note that the prizes are gift vouchers and they cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Ludo King show is hosted with the regular Ludo King app game and that the dice numbers are random like in the regular Ludo game. You agree that participants win and lose purely on their luck and the performance. No bias or preference towards any player can be claimed in any scenario of the game. You understand that the game outcome is unpredictable and uncontrolled.
Gametion may use parts of the Ludo King Show game video for promotional purposes. We may also use your winner profile for promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to reject an entry or a chosen player if found with unacceptable way of participation or any intent other than entertainment and reception of the prize. We reserve the right to take legal action against a participant if spotted violating the code of conduct during the live. This may even lead to permanent ban from the Ludo King app.
Gametion values the privacy of the participants of the Ludo King Show and we never disclose the personal information of the participants to any third party or any of the other participating players.
We do NOT share or disclose your personal data(name, age, gender, contact number, city, state, social media profile links) with any other commercial entity, organization or individuals, except for the following situations:
The Ludo King matches on the Ludo King show are recorded live and are released on the YouTube channel of the Ludo King Show. The recording and release is for non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Note that the parts of video or your winner profiles may be used for promotional purposes.
By participating in the Ludo King Show you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and you also consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information by Gametion in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
